Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were five Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in October,2014. One of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. An additional 14 (fourteen) Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with one of the homes involving a lender.
