Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were four Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in March, 2015. None of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure. An additional 8 (eight) Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with one of the homes involving a lender.
