The Ormondy Condominium is directly on traffic free Ormond Beach at 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Ormond Beach, Florida 32176.

The Ormondy Condominium is an 11 story building constructed in 1985 and has been very well maintained.  The Ormondy Condominium contains 71 units, offering 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, secure entry and underground parking.  The east side of the 11th floor is the owner's penthouse club room with fabulous panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Tomoka River. Three sides of the penthouse club room are glass walls and the balcony wraps around the building.   All of The Ormondy Condominium 2 and 3 bedroom units have a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Ormondy Condo complex features a sauna, shuffleboard, heated oceanfront pool, exercise room, underground secured parking and secured entry.  Each unit at has its own washer and dryer.  Pets are not allowed.

The Ormondy Condominium is located in Ormond By The Sea approximately 3.5 miles north of Granada Blvd (S.R.40) on State Road A1A.  The Ormondy Condominium is directly on the beach in Ormond By The Sea Florida, just north of Daytona Beach, home of NASCAR, the Daytona 500, and the LPGA. It is also about 70 miles from all of the attractions in Orlando and Central Florida.

The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom on John Anderson Drive for $1,250,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom on Ocean Shore Drive for $147,500.
