There are 3 bedroom units located at the center of the building.  It has a centrally located elevator and a freshwater swimming pool with easy access to the traffic-free beach. Sunny Beach Club features natural tropical landscaping around the pool area which is on the east (ocean) side of the building. Parking at the rear of the building is all open since the hurricanes of 2004 destroyed the carports.
