Ormond By The Sea Florida Homes sold in September 2013

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 21 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in September, 2013.  Seven (7) of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 29 homes under contract waiting closing and 15 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom 3 bath on Breeze Circle for $325,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bed room 2 bath on Sunny Shore  Dr. for $45,000.   This year was biggest sales year since 2005, showing the economy is making a comeback for this area.
