An additional 13 (thirteen) Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with none of the homes involving a lender.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 17 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in May, 2014.  Three of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 33 homes under contract waiting closing and 4 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom 4 bath on John Anderson  for $610,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Palmetto Dr. for $90,500.
