Florida Housing program to help the hardest hit homeowners
Florida Housing (Florida Housing Finance Corporation) has a FREE program for Florida residents that is a foreclosure prevention effort. Florida 's Hardest-Hit Fund program (HHF) is a targeted unemployment program funded by the US Government that provides temporary assistance to eligible homeowners.
Applicants will not be asked to pay for any eligibility determination services in conjunction with applying for the Florida HHF program.

Must be a Florida resident and occupy the property as their primary residence. Must be unemployed or underemployed total household income must be below 140% of the area median income (AMI). Applicants must have an active checking or savings account that can be debited by the ACH method of funds transfer.
