Ocean View Realty Group has updated the Ormond By The Sea Florida Real estatemarket watchpage on its web site to reflect September, 2012 activity.  Numbers of homes and condos for sale as of September 30, 2012  are indicated as well as the sales of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes and condos during the month of  September, 2012.
A Quarterly analysis chart of condo sales and another for home sales is available for the 3rd quarter of 2012, along with a chart comparing the volume of sales for Ormond By The Sea Florida  homes and condos in the month to sales in the same month in prior years.

A new table shows statistical information for  Ormond By The Sea Florida homes and condos sold in the first half of 2012 compared to previous years.  
As always, you can see a breakdown of condos for sale by price range or by condo name.

Ormond By The Sea Florida Market report

I have been asked to provide a market report for Ormond By The Sea Florida to be published in the Daytona Beach Pennysaver in early September so I thought I would share it here as well.

From July 8 through August 11 there were 19 homes and 7 condos sold in Ormond-by-the-Sea Florida. The homes range in sale price from $63,500 to $455,000. The condos range from $90,000 to $190,000.

There are currently 95 homes For Sale in Ormond by the Sea, ranging from $65,000 to $1,995,000 and 63 condos with asking prices between $98,000 and $520,000.

The inventory has been reduced significantly.

There has been a significant reduction in the inventory of homes and condoe for sale in Ormond by the Sea in the past year.  This time last year there were 101 condos and 120 homes for sale in Ormond By The Sea and at the beginning of 2011 there were 108 homes and 88 condos.  That is a significant inventory reduction and could be an indicator that the Ormond by the Sea market is beginning to stabilize.
