Sunrise Condominium in Ormond-By-The-Sea, Florida is across the road from the tranquil Atlantic Ocean and opened in 1984. Route A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) runs right along the no drive beach. Public access to the beach is also very limited in this area.
Sunrise Condominium is a 5-story “L” shaped building that has units facing north and east toward the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrise Condo has private access to the traffic-free beach. Early in the day you can get some sun at the beach or the beautiful pool area. As the sun moves to the west, you can relax at the 2nd floor sun deck and soak up some sun until you watch it set!
Sunrise Condominium contains a total of 30 units, 6 units per floor. All units face the ocean, are 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condos and are approximately 1200 sf. Units include private balcony, washer and dryer. The building features secure entry to the elevator and one underground assigned parking space for each unit. There is also ample guest parking above the garage. Small pets are allowed with certain restrictions. Minimum rental is one week.
