As of April 30, 2011 we have 81 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos for sale through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There are 48 priced under $200,000 and 3 of those are under $100,000. Additionally, there are 12 condos under contract pending closing of which 7 involve the lender.  There are 4 of the 81 condos for sale involving a lender , either short sales or foreclosures. 

 

Ormond By The Sea Florida is a mostly residential unincorporated area between Daytona Beach and Flagler Beach, and between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. Just outside the city limits of Ormond Beach, there are mainly condominium buildings along the beach and State Road A1A. Most of the remainder of the Peninsula is single family homes and parks.

Hurricane season 2011 is almost here.  Are you ready?  

Hurricane season here is June 1 to November 30 each year.

Here is the list of names will be used for named storms that form in the North Atlantic in 2011.  Arlene, Bret, Cindy, Don, Emily, Franklin, Gert, Harvey, Irene, Jose, Katia, Lee, Maria, Nate, Ophelia, Philippe, Rina, Sean, Tammy, Vince, Whitney.

Experts are predicting an active season since they expect La Nina to help foster the development of storms.

Just be prepared and hope we don't need to implement our disaster plans.

Ormond Beach MainStreet presents the 2nd Annual Ormond Seafood and Blues Festival at the Rockefeller Gardens At the Southeast Corner of the Granada Bridge on the Halifax River. 

More than 20 performers are scheduled to entertain with everything from the 20's to the 50's and today.  Lots of Jazz, country and rock music and blues will fill the air for this 2 day event in Historic Downtown Ormond Beach.

You will have plenty to eat and drink as there are several local restaurants that will be there including Hull,s Seafood and Lulu's oceanside Grill. 

Are you musically inclined?  Bring YOUR instrument and play along in a circle in the Jam Tent where the the main goal is PARTICIPATION and involvement.

Fun for the kids includes a children's Activity Area with Bounce Houses and Face Painting.

The schedule is:Saturday, May 14th, 10AM to 10PM
Sunday, May 15th, from 10AM to 5PM
Admission is $5 and under 12 get in free.
