The inventory has been increased slightly since last month when there were 53 condos for sale.  There were 53 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale at the beginning of 2012 and 57 at the beginning of 2013..

The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom on Coquina Key dr.  for $425,000 and the lowest priced was a 1-bedroom 1 bath on Brooks Dr. for $50,000.

There are 83 Homes for Sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of January 31, 2013.     An additional  37 homes are under contract awaiting closing.  As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales.  Lenders are involved in 6 of the 83 homes for sale  but 15, almost half, of the 37 homes under contract.  Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $79,500 to $1,599,000.
The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has stabilized and that is a good indicator that the market may be getting back to a being more balanced between buyers and sellers.  There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly.  
  At the beginning of 2012 there were 25 Ormond By The Sea homes under contract and now there are 37, which is another good indicator for the health of the market.
At the beginning of this year there were 91 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale so the inventory has been reduced which will help strengthen the market.
