Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 21 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in April, 2013.  Two (2) of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure.  All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $157,500 and $535,000.  An additional 21 Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing and 2 of those involve a lender either a short sale or foreclosure.

Sales volume is up and the average sale price is down slightly but the average price per square foot is higher than the past few years.
