Homes for sale in Ormond By The Sea Florida

There are 92 Homes for Sale in Ormond By The Sea, Florida through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors®  Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of April 30, 2014. An additional 38 homes are under contract awaiting closing.  As has been the case in recent months, lenders are pricing their properties more aggressively to get quicker sales.  Lenders are involved in 11 of the 92 homes for sale .  Asking prices for Ormond By The Sea homes currently for sale range from $84,900 to $1,290,000.

The inventory of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes for sale has stabilized and that is a good indicator that the market may be getting back to a being more balanced between buyers and sellers.  There are investors waiting for the lower priced homes to come available and if homes come on the market at a reasonable price they are being sold quickly.

Rockefeller Gardens Park is located right in front of The Casements, 25 Riverside Drive, Ormond Beach Florida at the southeast corner of the Granada Bridge on the Halifax River.  

The walkway under the Granada Bridge at the north end of the park takes you to Fortunato Park, home of the Ormond Hotel Cupola.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 11 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in March,2014.  Two of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure.  All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $150,000 and $617,811. An additional 9 (nine) Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with none of the homes involving a lender.
