Plantation Bay homes sold April 2014

Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club in Ormond Beach Florida Homes sold in April 2014

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 12 Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club homes sold in April ,2014.  None of the sales had lender involvement as either a short sale or foreclosure.  All of the sales were in the price ranges, between $220,770 and $530,000. An additional 29 (twenty-nine) Plantation Bay homes are under contract awaiting closing with none of the homes involving a lender.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 22 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in April, 2014.  Five of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 44 homes under contract waiting closing and 10 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom 2 bath on John Anderson  for $450,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 2 bath on Seabreeze Dr. for $85,000.
