Additionally, there are 10 homes under contract waiting closing and none of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom on Mariners Drive  for $390,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom on Sunny Shore Drive for $135,000.

Route A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) runs right along the no drive beach.  Public access to the beach is also very limited in this area. 

Sunny Beach Club Condominium is a 33 unit, 5 story complex built in 1990. The 2 bedroom condo units are about 936 Sq. Ft. and all units face the ocean. There are 3 bedroom units located at the center of the building.  It has a centrally located elevator and a freshwater swimming pool with easy access to the traffic-free beach. Sunny Beach Club features natural tropical landscaping around the pool area which is on the east (ocean) side of the building. Parking at the rear of the building is all open since the hurricanes of 2004 destroyed the carports.
