Additionally, there are 17 homes under contract waiting closing and 4 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 5 bedroom 44 bath on John Anderson Dr. for $1,130,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Hibiscus Dr. for $87,000.
