 Sunny Beach Club Condominium in Ormond-By-The-Sea, Florida is across the road from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd. at the corner of A1A and Sunny Beach Drive and offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos with fabulous ocean views. Sit on your private balcony and watch the beautiful Atlantic Ocean sunrise. Nothing is built on the ocean side of the road as is the case in this mostly residential area of Ormond By The Sea. Route A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) runs right along the no drive beach.  Public access to the beach is also very limited in this area. 

Sunny Beach Club Condominium is a 33 unit, 5 story complex built in 1990. The 2 bedroom condo units are about 936 Sq. Ft. and all units face the ocean. There are 3 bedroom units located at the center of the building.  It has a centrally located elevator and a freshwater swimming pool with easy access to the traffic-free beach. Enjoy your Ormond Beach Condo vacation here and have a peaceful and relaxing vacation on the beach.

Sunny Beach Club features natural tropical landscaping around the pool area which is on the east (ocean) side of the building. Parking at the rear of the building is all open since the hurricanes of 2004 destroyed the carports. Each unit has one reserved parking space and there is ample guest parking.  The minimum rental is weekly and small pets are allowed.

The Ormondy Condominium is directly on traffic free Ormond Beach at 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Ormond Beach, Florida 32176.

The Ormondy Condominium is an 11 story building constructed in 1985 and has been very well maintained.  The Ormondy Condominium contains 71 units, offering 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, secure entry and underground parking.  The east side of the 11th floor is the owner's penthouse club room with fabulous panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Tomoka River. Three sides of the penthouse club room are glass walls and the balcony wraps around the building.   All of The Ormondy Condominium 2 and 3 bedroom units have a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Ormondy Condo complex features a sauna, shuffleboard, heated oceanfront pool, exercise room, underground secured parking and secured entry.  Each unit at has its own washer and dryer.  Pets are not allowed.
