As of July 31, 2014, we have 60 Ormond By The Sea Florida condos for sale through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  There are 32 priced under $200,000 and 8 of those are under $100,000. Additionally, there are 15 condos under contract pending closing of which 2 involve a lender as a short sale or foreclosure.  There are 4 of the 60 condos for sale involving a lender, either as a short sale or foreclosure.

We are beginning this year with 50 Ormond By The Sea condos for sale so the inventory has stayed relatively low.  There were 95 for sale at the beginning of 2011 so the inventory has been reduced dramatically making for a more balanced market.

Through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 38 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in June, 2014.  Seven of the sales had lender involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 7 homes under contract waiting closing and 3 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 5 bedroom 4 bath on John Anderson  for $480,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Roberta Rd. for $84,900.
