One is at the Regency Plaza, directly on the beach and sold for $147,000. A Corinthian Villa unit sold for $145,000. Both Condos were for sale for many months and were orginially offered at much higher prices. Interesting to note the sale prices being so close for an Ocean Front Condo and one across the street.
